This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds, ensuring transparency and fairness in all our interactions.

2. Scope of Our Services

Insurance Total USA provides free quote request services, connecting you with third-party insurance providers to find the best coverage for your needs. We do not directly sell insurance policies, and any payments made to us are for specific services, such as administrative fees for premium quote processing (if applicable) or consultation services (if offered). Insurance premiums, cancellations, or refunds for policies are handled directly by the insurance provider you select, not by Insurance Total USA. This policy applies only to fees paid directly to us for our services.

3. Refund Eligibility and Process

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our services. Below are the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund:

  • Service Errors: If we fail to deliver a requested quote due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect information provided or failure to connect you with a provider), and you have paid a service fee (e.g., for expedited quote processing), you may request a full refund of that fee. For example, if a trucker in Miami, FL, pays for a premium quote service but receives no response due to our error, we will refund the fee.

  • Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same service (e.g., a duplicate administrative fee), we will refund the additional charges upon verification.

  • Non-Delivery of Paid Services: If you pay for a specific service, such as a consultation with our team, and we fail to provide it within the agreed timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund of the fee paid.

  • Non-Refundable Scenarios: Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Fees paid to third-party insurance providers (e.g., premiums or deposits), as these are managed by the provider, not Insurance Total USA.

    • Services already rendered, such as successfully delivered quotes or consultations, unless there is a clear error on our part.

    • Changes in your decision to pursue insurance after receiving a quote, as our service is complete once the quote is provided.

 

To request a refund, please contact us at info@insurancetotalusa.com or call (855) 885-7426 within 14 days of the transaction. Include your name, contact details, transaction ID (if available), and a brief explanation of your request. We will review your request and respond within 5-10 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 20 business days.

4. Third-Party Insurance Policies

Since Insurance Total USA connects you with third-party providers, any payments made for insurance policies (e.g., premiums for commercial auto coverage) are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of the respective provider. For example, if a small business owner in Atlanta, GA, purchases a policy through a provider we connect them with, any refund requests must be directed to that provider. We encourage you to review their terms before purchasing a policy. However, we’re here to assist—our bilingual team can help you navigate the process in Spanish or English.
